Fisheries and Aquaculture Clean Technology Adoption Program (FACTAP)
Amount: Up to 75% of eligible project costs (maximum of $1.0 million per year).
Collaborative Research and Development Projects
Amount: Up to 50% of eligible costs to a maximum of $600,000 for approved R&D Projects.
Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit (CPTC)
Amount: refundable tax credit of 25% of your qualified labour expenditures.
Film or Video Production Services Tax Credit (PSTC)
Amount: refundable tax credit of 16% of qualified Canadian labour expenditures.
Investments in Forest Industry Transformation (IFIT) Program
Amount: maximum 50% of total project cost up to $10M per project.
Wage Subsidies and Hiring Grants
Student Work Placement
Through the following program employers can apply for wage subsidies to help them hire post-secondary students across Canada.
Amount:
- Up to $5,000 for every student you hire through the program
- Up to $7,000 for every student you hire that is in their first year or is from an under-represented group including:
- women in STEM
- persons with disabilities
- newcomers; and
- Indigenous students
- As a COVID-19 measure, subsidy is offered at 75% coverage (maximum $7500) for all students, until March 2021.
