WMCO Advanced wood manufacturing digital integration transformation project supports wood manufacturers as they adopt technologies, including supply chain digitization and increased Internet-of-Things capabilities.
The project is over 2.5 years and will fund 50 companies with digital integration projects. The first round will fund 10 companies for expenditures between April 1, 2023 and with final expense claims due February 28, 2024.
Future rounds:
April 1, 2024- Feb 28, 2025: 18 Projects
April 1, 2025- Feb 28, 2026: 22 projects- 2 at half the budget amount
Amount
Funding is based on eligible expenses up to $100,000 at 45% funding ($45,000 funded maximum). All expenses associated with project costs need to be included to capture full project investment by industry.
Deadline
Completed project plans are now being accepted for Round 1. Final expense claims for Round 1 are due February 28, 2024.
