We’d like to inform you that the intake schedules for Ontario’s key regional funding programs — AMIC, SWODF, and EODF —have been officially announced for 2025 and beyond. These initiatives continue to support business expansion and modernization projects across the province.

Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Competitiveness (AMIC) Stream
The program supports Ontario manufacturers investing in technology adoption, skills development, market expansion, and innovation-driven growth.
Applicants can get up to 15% of eligible project costs in grants or government loans with forgivable portion.
Eligibility requirements
- Have at least three years of operations/financial statements.
- Employ at least 10 people.
- Commit to creating at least five new jobs and/or upskilled current jobs.
- Be located in, or plan to locate in, a community in Ontario.
Upcoming intake periods:
- November 4, 2025 – February 3, 2026.
- June 30, 2026 – September 23, 2026.
Eastern & Southwestern Ontario Development Funds (EODF & SWODF)
These programs support growth-oriented businesses located in Eastern & Southwestern Ontario that are investing in expansion, job creation, and innovation.
Applicants can get up to 15% of eligible costs in grants or government loans with a forgivable portion.
Eligibility requirements
- Employ at least 10 people (or 5 if you are in rural Ontario)
- Commit to creating at least 5 new jobs (or 30% increase for companies with fewer than 15 employees)
- Be able to provide 3 years of operations/financial statements
- Be located in, or plan to locate in, a community in southwestern Ontario

- November 4, 2025 – February 3, 2026
- February 26, 2026 – May 27, 2026
- June 30, 2026 – September 23, 2026
