A quick reminder that the Ontario Automotive Modernization Program (O-AMP) application deadline is approaching. The current intake closes on April 16, 2026, now just one month away.
The goal of the program is to modernize Ontario’s automotive supply chain, making it more competitive and responsive to its customers’ changing needs. Eligible costs include software, hardware, and lean/productivity improvement training.
Eligible companies may receive up to $150 K, covering 50% of project costs.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify, your business must:
- Be a for-profit company operating in Ontario
- Have fewer than 500 employees in Ontario
- Generate at least 30% of sales from the automotive supply sector
- Operate a manufacturing facility in Ontario by project start
- Provide financial statements for at least 2 recent fiscal years.
