We are happy to inform you that FedDev Ontario is once again accepting applications to support Southern Ontario businesses in adopting cutting-edge solutions, enhancing productivity, breaking into new markets and building for the future.
Eligible companies can apply for repayable interest-free contributions covering up to 50% of eligible project costs.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify, businesses must:
- Be incorporated and operating in Southern Ontario
- Be a for-profit organization with 5–500 full-time employees
- Have been registered and operating in Canada for at least 3 years
Indigenous businesses and co-operatives are also eligible.
Eligible expenses
FedDev supports high-impact projects such as:
- Commercialization of new products, services, and technologies
- Digital adoption, automation, and clean tech improvements
- Facility expansion and market diversification
- Process upgrades that enhance productivity and competitiveness
- Supply chain integration and reshoring efforts
The current intake opened on July 26, 2025, so now is the time to prepare your application while funding is available.
