A quick reminder that the CanExport Grant application deadline is approaching. Applications are open until May 29, 2026.
The CanExport program supports Canadian businesses expanding into new international markets by covering up to 50% of eligible export marketing expenses, to a maximum of $50 K.
Eligible Activities
Funding may support:
• Trade shows and trade missions
• Digital and online advertising
• Translation of marketing materials
• Shipping product samples
• Export market research and business planning

We’d also like to remind you that the SWODF and EODF programs are closing on May 27, 2026.
These programs support capital investment, equipment purchases, and technology adoption for Ontario-based businesses, with funding typically covering up to 15% of project costs through interest-free loans and potential grants.
To qualify, businesses must:
• Be located (or planning to locate) in Ontario
• Have at least 3 years of operations and financials
• Employ 10+ staff (5+ in rural areas)
• Commit to creating or upskilling at least 5 jobs
The programs focus on advanced manufacturing and technology sectors, including aerospace, automotive, chemical, ICT, life sciences, and steel.
With the deadline approaching, now is the time to finalize your project scope, gather equipment quotes, and prepare your financials.
