FedDev Ontario invested in Ontario’s auto sector. Ontario auto-parts manufacturer ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Americas Ltd. (AMTB) recently gotan investment of up to $12.73 million to adopt advanced manufacturing technologies.The Government of Canada, through FedDev Ontario’s Advanced Manufacturing Fund (AMF), supported AMTB’s adoption of robotic laser-welding to produce lighter and stronger auto-parts.
